Changed the Chimney Cap, this cap creates an updraft with the slightest breeze

Finished the 'Return Duct Work', for the Heat Pump, required three filters due to the air flow also painted the base

Added another 120 ft of irrigation for a row of Bushes along the South side of the house front with a 4 ft high wind break lattice fence, also added 300 ft of trenching for 'Security' system electrical lines out to the front gate and to the rear of back porch

Hot Water System is now 'On Demand', removed the Hot Water Tank and repiped the water lines.

I built a new 'House Heat System Control' with a wireless interface, which includes a Google Firebase control connection (access by the internet from anywere)

'Gabel Fans' Installed in the attic above the Garage, Temperature & Timing with a ESP8266 that is controlled by the 'House Control Sys'

'Attic Insulation' (40) 25lb bags of R-60 Cellulose used to increase the R factor of the attic above 55, current the house stays above 55 degrees without heating all winter. Also new Garage Door Weather Stripping and Base Seal keep the garage above 50 degrees, (Outside temperature was 4 degrees this winter)

Solar System, simple (8) panel, 2,900 watt single phase watt with a 800 AH battery array. Used just for the lighting and outlets through out the main house

StarLink Internet, built a platform on the house ridge for a level mount.  Wired the antena across the attic into the Master Bedroom then split off to a router in my office (direct line from antena)

Installed two 'Whirlybird Wind’ Turbines' to suck out heat from the house attic area, work great the attic area was reaching upward to 160 F

Rebuilt the 'Flag Pole', the base steel tube rusted away (was installed inreverse), replaced the base tube with a Sch-80 steel pipe planted roses to complement the pole

'House Fan' was installed in the ceiling of the Family Room, this is a two speed exhaust fan (1150 & 1600 CFM) with a remote control, which is also controlled thru the House Control System. The fan automatically opens and closes the 32-R ceiling doors during operation

The Rear Porch ‘Flower Bed' was thin out and the plants were rearranged to balance out the space, The 'Mulberry Trees' were trimmed for a better look, the 'Sewer Cover' was reseeded for a fuller look,
and the 'Plum Trees' are still growing

The 'Pergola' was restained, gutter channels installed on the ends, multi-color LEDs mounted for mood lighting, and an outdoor ceiling fan mounted for the hot days

'Fire Wood' ordered a logging truck delivery, they dropped off near (10) cord, which  I cut down to 2 ft sections for our main fireplace

"House Control' this unit was designed to allow access to the entire house, currently there are (34) 2.4 mHz remote control Switches, Sensors, etc. within and surrounding the house. Which also includes a local Web Site and a Google Database 'Firebase'.
The unit consist of (3) ESP32 bit processors that:
A. Internet Interface, this processor host the local web site to set various timers and variables reqired by the remote switches and sensors, connects with national weather forecast, access to our home page. It is also the access point for Amazon's Alaxa to also control various house light/coffee/door/etc.
B. Database Interface, this processor receives and sends data to the Google Database for display and control by the user, this allows control over lights, Heating, etc. from any internet link
C. Master Control, this processor is the interface with all the various units, updating time, configuration, and control; also collection of state, temperature, etc. This processor is the center receiver and sender of all function from the other two processors.
